We have been eating so well here! Many of our meals have come from Jean Talon. We’re starting to get into a weekly market routine and daily make simple suppers of local vegetables, a bit of sausage and fresh cheese. I would so dearly love to taste the amazing breads that seem to be everywhere but we’ve been managing with some gluten free flat breads that I’ve been making. They are quick to make and so easy to customize with whatever is in the fridge. My favourite so far has been olive oil, fresh herbs and garlic with a bit of kosher salt and parmesan.
